DayRentl Platform Terms & Conditions of Service

Welcome to the DayRentl Smart Real Estate Ecosystem. By accessing or using our platform and mobile applications, you acknowledge and agree to comply fully with the following terms:

1. Legal Eligibility & User Accounts

Users must possess full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements and conduct real estate activities. You agree to provide accurate, updated profile details and remain solely responsible for safeguarding your credentials and all actions taken under your account.

2. Property Listings & True Pricing

Property owners must ensure accurate descriptions, transparent daily and monthly rental rates, security deposits, and authentic high-resolution photos matching reality. Listing deceptive rates or fictitious properties is strictly prohibited.

3. Subscription Tiers & Unit Quotas

The platform provides tiered subscriptions: Free Tier (up to 3 units), Individual Plan, Investor Plan (up to 20 units), and Enterprise / Company Plan with custom unit capacity. Subscribers must adhere strictly to their allocated quota. Adding or activating properties beyond your active plan requires an official tier upgrade.

4. Two-Way iCal Calendar Sync & Overlap Prevention

When connecting calendar feeds with external platforms like Airbnb or Booking.com via iCal, owners are responsible for maintaining accurate feed links. DayRentl automatically syncs and blocks reserved dates, but disclaims contractual liability for external sync delays originating from third-party services.

5. Digital Showcase Webpages & QR Codes

DayRentl provides property owners with custom public showcases featuring vanity URLs and interactive QR codes. Owners warrant full intellectual property rights over uploaded media and grant the platform license to host and promote their listings.

6. Listing Promotion Services

Listing promotion is a direct marketing service granting featured properties priority ranking and a golden badge in map searches and homepage listings according to the selected duration (1 week, 1 month, 3 months). The service is subject to published flat rates and activates directly for the chosen unit.

7. Brokerage, Commissions & Phone Number Masking

To preserve broker commission rights and prevent direct bypassing, automatic phone masking is enforced. Direct phone numbers are unlocked exclusively for confirmed active reservations. All parties must honor agreed commission terms recorded within the system.

8. Account Suspension & Governing Law

DayRentl reserves the full right to suspend or ban accounts that breach these terms, engage in deceptive activities, or receive repeated verified complaints. This agreement is governed by applicable regional jurisdiction laws.

9. Service Improvement & Operational Analytics

DayRentl collects aggregated, non-personally identifiable performance metrics, error diagnostics, and system telemetry to maintain platform stability, resolve crashes, and enhance service performance, strictly adhering to user privacy without sharing data with third-party advertisers.
